The woman who Lindsay Lohan punched in the face at a New York City bar this week has been spotted again.

Psychic Tiffany Mitchell, who Lohan assaulted at the Avenue night club in New York's Chelsea neighborhood, was photographed on the streets of New York on Friday.

Though she wore large dark sunglasses, she may have been seeking attention from the paparazzi. TMZ, which published the photos, suggested as much by writing that "Tiffany Mitchell ... appeared on an NYC street yesterday, almost like she KNEW the paparazzi would be there."

News outlets also reported this week that Mitchell has been meeting with Gloria Allred, a media savvy attorney famous for litigating high-profile scandals. Allred is currently representing Jill Kelley's twin sister, Natalie Khawam, in the David Petraeus scandal.

Lohan was arrested after assaulting Mitchell and has since been released. But in the days following the incident, sources close to Lohan have revealed that her addiction to drugs and alcohol have worsened over the last few weeks, and she has been drinking as much as two liters of vodka per day in a continuing downward spiral.

"According to sources, Lindsay's become so stressed by her dire financial situation and the impending probation violation -- stemming from her PCH crash this summer -- that she's turned to alcohol for relief," TMZ reported. "We're told Lindsay -- who's struggled with substance abuse in the past and even has a DUI conviction under her belt -- would often begin drinking first thing in the morning, and continue drinking throughout the day."

New reports from Perez Hilton reveal that onlookers who saw Lohan's behavior at the bar in New York Ciy's Chelsea neighborhood witnessed her drinking heavily and using drugs.

"She was drinking Grey Goose and also champagne. The vodka bottle was right in front of her. Lindsay was completely out of control. She was drinking way too much booze and was doing cocaine," said a source who was at the bar that night.
