There will be many layers to Gal Gadot's portrayal of Wonder Woman/Diana Prince in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

How The Controversial 'Man Of Steel' Ending Informs 'Batman v Superman'

Gadot spoke with Empire (as reported by What Culture) recently, revealing that Diana and Wonder Woman "have the same attitude," yet, "when she is Diana she tries to blend in, she is not too outgoing. I don't want people to think she is perfect. She can be naughty."

And much like Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman/Diana Prince will be pretty world-weary as she's introduced in Batman v Superman.

How 'Batman v Superman' Director Zack Snyder Inspired Ben Affleck

"She's seen it all," Gadot said. "She has seen what humans can do, so it was very hard for her to come back and fight."

Gadot previously recalled getting the role in a November interview with Total Film, admitting that the whole production has been shrouded in secrecy.

''After a month or two months, they called me and said that they wanted to test me for this movie. It's crazy, because you feel like you're working with the CIA because everything is so confidential," she admitted.

As for her first reaction when director Zack Snyder told her she was getting the part, she said, "My draw literally dropped. I died for a few seconds, then I went back to life. Then I tried to get back my coolest voice, and not talk like I'm shaky and overwhelmed."

Batman v Superman also stars Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor Jr., Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled for release in theaters on March 25.
