Yolanda Foster is enjoying a vacation in Bora Bora as her divorce from David Foster continues to play out on new episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

On Instagram, the reality star has continued to share new photos from her getaway, and in one of her latest posts, Foster spoke of her struggles with Lyme disease.

"The road that lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compare to what lies within us........... #InnerStrength #RoadToRecovery #MyHealthJourney #LymeDiseaseAwareness,"

Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, just months after she and husband David Foster tied the knot, and in 2014, she suffered a Lyme disease relapse, which continued until mid-2015, when she removed a leaky implant that was suspected of worsening her symptoms. Then, at the end of 2015, Foster and her husband parted ways.

"Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," the couple told PEOPLE Magazine in a statement on Dec. 2, 2015. "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."

Months later, Foster admitted her Lyme disease had taken a toll on their relationship.

"The patient suffers, but the caretakers suffer too. Because life doesn't only change for us, it changes for the person next to you," Foster explained during an appearance on The Dr. Oz Show, via Us Weekly.

"At the end of the day, David never changed, I changed," she continued. "Unfortunately, these are the cards that life dealt me. It wasn't by choice. But I'm not the woman I used to be and I probably will never be again. My focus, my energy goes to trying to get well, trying to make a difference, trying to find a cure for my children … and David's life is really traveling, going to concerts, loud music. And I mean, I couldn't, I can barely listen to the radio."
