The Samsung Galaxy S4 will make its way to the United States later this year after it is scheduled to be released in the United Kingdom by April 26, according to PC Tablet.

The device has been launched in the United States - it was revealed at the Mobile Unpacked event at New York City early in March - and appears on Samsung's official website.

T-Mobile announced on March 26 that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be available on their network on May 1st. However, Tech Gadget noted that the smartphone is due to land in stores on April 26 for other retailers and networks, such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint. They also have pre-order pages up already.

The phone has a super wide 5-inch FULL HD Super AMOLED screen (Galaxy S3 was 4.8-inches) and a slim bezel encased in a polycarbonate body, making it the lightest Galaxy phone yet. The phone has a 441 ppi color and high resolution and buyers can choose between White Frost or Black Mist colors.

Accessories include a cordless charging pad/cover, two speakers in each headsets (along with a slim flat cable free from tangled wires) and an extra battery kit.

Features include previewing videos by simply hovering your finger above the screen, face recognition for when to pause and play videos, and Samsung WatchON to sync with your television and remote control. Group play allows users to share music and use multiple phones as speakers at one time, and play games in real time. The phone also has an audio and animate option for photos, plus a front and rear camera that can be used simultaneously even during video calls. Buyers can even use the adapt display feature to optimize the screen to a personal preference.

Six carriers in the U.S. are expected to power the Galaxy S4, according to International Business Times: Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Cricket Wireless. While AT&T and T-Mobile have opened pre-order sign-up pages, they do not provide any details about the phone's pricing. The Times noted that rumors indicate a "standard carrier price" of between $199 and $299 with a two-year contract, and an unlocked Galaxy S4 around $800.
