Amy Schumer has opened up on the death of Prince, which came at an interesting time.

In the latest issue of Vogue, the actress and comedian dished on finding out about the singer's passing, which came during this interview. While she was going to a hotel, she was processing the news and thinking about who's being affected by this.

"My manager is probably lying on the floor crying," Schumer said. "He loved Prince more than his own children."

As for how Schumer felt about him, she said, "I was always a little confused about him. I was always like, I don't understand why or what."

The driver of the car that Schumer was in was then asked if he was a fan of Prince.

"I don't know if I'd say fan," he said. "I admired his music. I used to work for him, and I guess I shied away from him for about three or four years. Very unpredictable."

This is something that Schumer seemed to understand.

"I hear that," she said. "I like people who are predictable."

Prince died at the age of 57 last April in a reported overdose of fentanyl. This left the world in shock due to how sudden it happened.

In the interview, Schumer also dished on her fashion sense, something she's never paid too much attention to.

"I don't think it's stupid; there's no moral reasoning," she said. "It's just not my thing. I just have this sense of entitlement that I should be able to feel comfortable at all times, like I could go to bed at any moment in what I'm wearing. I think that there's a misconception in fashion that everybody wants in. I am very happy to remain out."
