Lindsay Lohan arrived at the Betty Ford Clinic on Friday after her newly-hired attorney Shawn Holley convinced prosecutors to allow the actress to enroll in that facility.

Lohan decided to reside at the Southern California facility instead of Morningside Recovery and arrived at the center shortly before the court-ordered midnight deadline, Radar Online reported.

"Lindsay went back to rehab last night, and arrived before midnight. Lindsay ISN'T back at Morningside. Her former attorney, Shawn Holley, was officially brought back on the case yesterday after Lindsay was calling her all day Thursday," said a source. "Shawn was able to convince prosecutors that Lindsay was taking rehab seriously, but her former attorney, Mark Heller, bungled everything."

The Liz & Dick actress left Morningside Thursday morning after telling staff at the facility that she didn't need rehab, according to the website. Heller brokered a deal with  Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney that allowed Lohan to move into Betty Ford.

"My client is ensconced in the bosom of that facility right now," Heller told the judge, based on the report. "She's in rehab right now. Nothing bad is going to happen."

Because Lohan made it in to rehab before the midnight deadline, prosecutors are less likely to seek an arrest warrant for the actress.
