Is Olivia Munn at the center of the drama between Aaron Rodgers and his family? There are conflicting stories.

The tension between Rodgers and his family bubbled to the surface again when his father, Ed Rodgers, spoke with The New York Times and spoke on how he wasn't sure if their relationship has improved. Ed also noted that "fame can change things," suggesting Aaron's relationship with the rest of his family has become strained thanks to his newfound notoriety.

The New York Times report suggested that the tension began when Aaron started dating actress Olivia Munn in 2014. Now, there are conflicting reports on whether Munn is truly at the center of Aaron's strained relationship with his family.

"The family says Aaron stopped talking to them, while Aaron says they don't talk because his family doesn't like Olivia," a source told Us Weekly this week.

Meanwhile, a different source told People something entirely different.

"Olivia doesn't really have anything to do with it. This is not her issue; this is the Rodgers family issue," their source said. "Aaron has never wanted want to air this out in a public forum. He will deal with his family issues privately."

Assuming Aaron does begin to reach out to his family again, Munn will be there behind him, the source noted.

"If and when it comes time for the family to mend fences, Olivia will be supportive of anything that Aaron chooses to do," they said.

The Rodgers family has also been in the spotlight for another reason lately. Aaron's brother, Jordan Rodgers, appeared on the 2016 season of The Bachelorette where he romanced with Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher. Jordan wound up winning the season, and the pair is now engaged to be married.

Meanwhile, neither Aaron nor Munn has opened up about the tension on social media. Rodgers is leading his Green Bay Packers in the upcoming NFC Championship game against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Jan. 22.
