Emma Watson appeared Monday night at the premiere of the new Seth Rogen movie This Is This End days after she told Rookie magazine on May 27 that she will be returning to Brown University.

“I really like the fact that it has a very open curriculum, that there aren't any requirements," she told the publication on May 27. "Really, I've kind of been in charge of my own education since I started out on [Harry] Potter when I was 9 or 10. I did an independent study on the psychology and philosophy of how and why we fall in love, which was awesome."

The Bling Ring actress said that taking this type of class, which was a pass/ fail course, gives students the freedom to experience with things from which they would otherwise be limited were they expected to follow the GPA route.

“It attracts a certain type of student: [someone] very independent who wants to take responsibility and control of what they're learning. That really appealed to me, as well," she said.

Watson had shot down reports back in 2011 stating that she left Brown due to bullying. The actress at the time has responded to these rumors by saying, “Like my other fellow Brown students I am trying to figure out my third year and whether or not I will spend it abroad (this is common).”

The actress will also be starring in The Bling Ring, released June 14.
