Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been split for over a year but according to a new report, they are still at war when it comes to their six children.

As their divorce continues to play out, Jolie and Pitt's kids, including 16-year-old Maddox, 13-year-old Pax, 12-year-old Zahara, 11-year-old Shiloh, and 9-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, are said to be caught in the middle of their parents' drama, and when it comes to the holidays, they may not see their father at all.

On Nov. 8, LifeandStyle magazine said that Pitt was hoping to take some time out from filming Ad Astra in order to see his kids on Thanksgiving. However, that may be unlikely due to his alleged feud with Jolie, who is being accused of using the children as pawns in her battle against the actor.

"Brad knows he can’t count on scheduled days with the kids,” an insider said. “[B]ecause Angie has changed the plans abruptly at the last minute multiple times.”

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016. Since then, their children have only been seen with her. As some may have noticed, the children are often photographed out and about in Los Angeles and have even attended a few red carpet events in Toronto and New York City with the actress.

According to LifeandStyle's report, Jolie offered to welcome Pitt into her home so that he could spend private time with the kids. However, Pitt didn't think it was a good idea to go into his estranged spouse's home and instead began planning a celebration for the family at his own house. Then, a short time later, Jolie reportedly had her assistant call Pitt and let him know that the children would not be visiting him at home during the upcoming holiday.

Pitt “feels Angie isn’t ready to let go” of her anger, the source continued. So, he "just wished her a happy Thanksgiving" and hung up.

“There are two choices for Brad,” explains the insider. “Fight back and get angry every time she pulls a stunt, which would only impact the kids, or handle it like a mature adult. If that means he won’t see the kids as much or at the holidays, he has made peace with it.”
