After finishing up the press launch for her new Kimoji Hearts Fragrances, Kim Kardashian took her newborn baby girl, Chicago West, out for a stroll. On Thursday, the mother of three and the newest West member were spotted at a pediatrician's clinic in Los Angeles.

The first photo of Chicago was caught by TMZ as she appeared nicely tucked in a stroller that was being pushed by Kim.

Kanye West was not present but the makeup mogul reportedly had a nanny and bodyguard on standby.

Where Is Kanye?

According to PEOPLE, DaddYe has been traveling ever since Chicago was born.

Shortly after the pair welcomed their bundle of joy, Yeezy flew from Los Angeles to New York on Jan 24. A few days later, he traveled to Europe, where he has been spending his time in Berlin with rapper A$AP Rocky and comedian Dave Chappelle.

Recently, the "Ultralight Beam" rapper attended a private party with A$AP Rocky and his close friend and fashion designer, Virgil Abloh, in Berlin.

"He feels that he needs to do his thing right now. It doesn't seem like a big deal to Kim that he is in Europe. Kim has her family to help with the kids," a source explained.

Baby Chi

Kim and Kanye's baby girl is now 3 weeks old. Chi, which is Chicago's nickname that was given to her by Kim, was born on Jan. 15.  The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to her official website to confirm she and Kanye's daughters arrival.

"We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister," the 37-year-old wrote.

As previously reported, the couple welcomed their third child via surrogate, weighing in at 7 pounds and 6 ounces. TMZ reported that Kim was actually in the delivery room during the birth and was the first person to have contact with the baby.

Following Chicago's birth, the KKW Beauty founder opened up about her decision to opt for a surrogate.

"People assume it's better because you don't have to deal with the physical changes, pain or complications with delivery, but for me it was so hard not to carry my own child, especially after I carried North [West] and Saint [West]," Kardashian said.

Although the reality star didn't give birth to Chicago herself, she explained that it felt like Chicago was with her the whole time as she and Kanye instantly felt a connection to her.
