50 Cent is not having a good month but he is trying to keep his name clean on Twitter.

The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, made the news last week as he faces charges for domestic violence and vandalism. New texts have now come to light showing that 50 Cent allegedly threatened to disinherit his teenage son and verbally abused him through texts, according to Radar Online.

Last November, the rapper appears to have gotten into an argument with 16-year-old Marquise after a custody visitation went awry. Jackson's son, who appears to live with his mother Shaniqua Tompkins, did not open the door when his father came to visit, reports the Daily Mail.

"If I died today would it matter to you? I'm changing my will. It's a simple question," 50 Cent wrote on Nov. 18, 2012, according to Radar. "I'm taking you and your mother's daughter out of my inheritance."

"I don't care about money, that's my last concern, of course we all like nice things but it's not everything," his son responded.

Several months later the rapper than texted Marquise that he didn't have a "son any more" and then demanded a paternity test in a profanity laden message, according to the Daily Mail.

Last week Jackson took to twitter to tell fans that he was not guilty of domestic violence and this week the musician took a similar route to explain away the recently published texts.

"That was his mother texting me as him. She sold that to a web site. She hate me for Winning, it's hard to replace me," 50 Cent tweeted https://twitter.com/50cent  on Monday.

Jackson is due in court on July 22 in relation to the domestic violence and vandalism charges.
