Actor Seth Rogen broke his elbow this week after riding a bike and posted a photo of his injury online.

The This Is the End star tweeted on Tuesday, "You know what's awesome about falling off your bike and breaking your elbow? Not a f***ing thing," and posted a picture on his Instagram page of his left arm in a sling. Later that day he was seen in Los Angeles driving with the navy blue sling on his arm and looking frustrated as he carried his backpack over his right shoulder.

Back in 2011, while on the Today show with Kathy Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb, Rogen talked about how he spent hours on a bike to get in shape for The Green Hornet. The talk show hosts and Rogen all sat on exercise bikes pedaling throughout the interview.

"I did exactly what you see right now for 14 [hours] a day for six years," he joked.

The 31-year-old actor might have not thought falling off a bike is "awesome," but he can be glad about box office sales for his directorial debut, This Is the End. The movie, released June 12, has made over close to $100 million worldwide, an accomplishment considering the $32 million expense it took to make the R-rated movie.

Production is scheduled to begin in August for the animated film Kung Fu Panda 3, which Rogen will provide his voice for. He stars alongside Angelina Jolie, Rebel Wilson, Dustin Hoffman and Lucy Liu.
