Kim Kardashian is currently embroiled in yet another legal saga.

She is being sued for wrongful termination by seven former employees who worked at her Hidden Hills, California estate, with one of the former employees seeking that the 41-year-old be sanctioned for her conduct.

In a report by Radar Online, Andrew Ramirez, who is suing the mother of four on behalf of himself and his son Andrew Jr., requested that the court impose $1,857.50 in sanctions against the KKW Beauty mogul for her activities during the legal struggle.

A former employee filed a lawsuit against Kardashian on the grounds that they were promised full-time work. Their compensation was eventually changed to that of independent contracts, which did not contain any benefits.

They claimed that they were not provided with enough food breaks, that they were not paid on a regular timetable, and that they were not reimbursed for any of their expenses.

Despite the fact that the former employees were employed by a third party, the SKIMS mogul is "not responsible for how the vendor operates their business or the arrangements they have made directly with their employees," according to the lawsuit.

Ramirez, on the other hand, is seeking that the reality star be sanctioned after serving her with interrogations that were originally intended for her to provide answers to. Her estate manager, on the other hand, responded to the message.

According to the report, Kardashian is "obliged to respond" to the questions with her knowledge, but that she has compelled her estate manager to do so on her behalf.

Radar previously reported that Kardashian, who is also embroiled in a contentious divorce fight with her estranged husband Kanye West, had filed divorce papers in which she accused Ramirez of neglecting to respond to the questions posed to him.

She filed three separate motions against Ramirez, seeking sanctions totaling more than $13,000 in all, claiming that he refused to answer the most basic questions that were part of the case.

Kim Kardashian is now requesting that Ramirez's responses detailing his employment at her residence be supplied, as well as that Ramirez's conversations with other people who are suing her be made public as part of her request.

She also wants him to provide documentation demonstrating that he received treatment for emotional anguish. However, a judge has not yet made a decision on whether or not this will proceed.
