Did Prince Harry disrespect King Charles III and the UK during Queen Elizabeth II's funeral?

Following Queen Elizabeth II's death, royal fans sang "God Save the Queen" to express their love and respect for the late monarch. They also sang "God Save the King" as King Charles III officially took over the throne.

But on Monday, the Duke of Sussex made another "mistake," with people accusing him of showing signs of disrespect when he reportedly refused to sing the national anthem.

OK! Magazine quoted several royal fans who claimed Prince Harry stayed tight-lipped while the crowd sang "God Save the King" during the Westminster Abbey funeral. With that, they expressed their disappointment toward the royal, criticizing him even more before he and Meghan Markle jetted back to the US.

Still, other fans sided with him and said that the royal sang the national anthem. They also urged everyone not to bully someone who lost his grandmother.

Prince Harry's Headline-Making Actions in the UK

It was not the first time Prince Harry faced condemnation at Queen Elizabeth II's funeral. In fact, he had been on the headlines of news outlets and tabloids almost every day since Her Majesty's passing.

Most recently, Piers Morgan attacked him and Meghan and said in a Fox News' coverage that the Sussexes made the last two years of Queen Elizabeth II's life a living hell.

"The last two years of the Queen's life were constantly having to deal with these two...Going public, attacking the royal family and the monarchy which of course is an institution which she headed and which affords them the ability to make all this money," he said, as quoted by RadarOnline.

Aside from that, Prince Harry reportedly looked down several times because of his military uniform and the seating arrangement.

Royal expert Shannon Felton Spence revealed to Fox News Digital that Prince Harry tried hard to contain his emotions while he and his wife sat in the second row behind King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla. Meghan then tried her best to console her husband throughout the event.

Prince Harry dealt another humiliation when he wore his military uniform. Initially, he was not allowed to wear it during Queen Elizabeth II's funeral, but Buckingham Palace made an exception when it allowed him to sport his uniform during a senior royal vigil.

But royal fans noticed he no longer had Queen Elizabeth II's insignia on his top.
