Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new sexual assault allegations, this time from a male ex-employee.

On Monday, Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones, a producer on Combs' most recent album, filed a lawsuit seeking $30 million against the music mogul for allegedly repeatedly sexually assaulting and harassing him when they worked together.

Combs, through his lawyer, has since vehemently denied Jones' allegations.

Jones' lawsuit alleged that "his life has been detrimentally impacted" since he lived at Combs' homes and traveled with him from September 2022 to November 2023 while working on the rapper's album, "The Love Album: Off the Grid," which dropped last year.

Jones, who also worked as a videographer for Combs, alleged in his suit that the assault included "constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus," according to court documents obtained by NBC News and TMZ.

According to the producer, Combs allegedly forced him to work in the bathroom while the rapper showered naked in front of him and to watch a video involving Stevie J having sex with another man.

Jones said he believes Combs allegedly was trying "to groom him into accepting a homosexual relationship."

The lawsuit also claimed that Combs allegedly subjected his former employee to unwarranted sexual attention from Cuba Gooding Jr. and a female cousin of the rapper's girlfriend, Yung Miami.

In addition, the 54-year-old record executive allegedly forced Jones to solicit sex workers and engage in sex acts with them and others, according to the suit.

In his filing, which also names the rapper's son Justin and chief of staff Kristina Khorram, Jones alleged that he has video and audio of Combs, his staff and others "engaging in serious illegal activity" during his time working for the music mogul.

He alleged that underage girls and sex workers were given drinks laced with drugs at parties held at Combs' homes.

Jones included in his suit screenshots of the video of Stevie J and images from these alleged parties.

The producer alleged that Combs would intimidate him and threaten to physically harm him if he did not fulfill his orders.

In response to the lawsuit, Shawn Holley, a lawyer for Combs, denied Jones' allegations and described them as "pure fiction."

The attorney also claimed the lawsuit was "nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines."

"We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones' attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls," Holley said in a statement obtained by NBC News. "We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them."

Jones' filing comes after four women filed lawsuits against Combs last year.

The rapper's ex-girlfriend Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, accused him of rape, repeated physical abuse and sex trafficking in November 2023.

Combs quickly settled Cassie's lawsuit, but it was soon followed by three more complaints.

Singer and model Cassie Ventura (L) and Rap mogul P Diddy (aka Sean Combs) arrive for the traditional Clive Davis party on the eve of the 60th Annual Grammy Awards on January 28, 2018, in New York.

Two of the women accused the hip-hop star of sexually assaulting them in the early 1990s.

In December, the fourth woman accused Combs of gang-raping and sex-trafficking her when she was 17.

At the time, Combs broke his silence on the allegations against him, vehemently denying them and accusing the women of looking for a "quick payday."

"Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday," Combs wrote in a statement posted on Instagram. "Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."
