Floyd Mayweather had Justin Bieber by his side when he walked to the ring during his fight against Alvaro Canelo weeks ago, but the boxing champ wants Miley Cyrus next.

In an interview with Billboard backstage during the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas Saturday, Mayweather has requested Cyrus to be the next music star to walk him to the ring.

"I was thinking about letting the twerk queen Miley Cyrus bring me out, why not?," Mayweather said.

When asked why Mayweather chose Bieber, he said, "When you're the best, you only want to surround yourself with the best."

Meanwhile, Mayweather proved that he's all about his nickname "Money" after he bet on college football.

On Saturday, he bet $220,000 on Texas A&M to cover a 17.5 point first-half spread against SMU, and they did it with ease, leading to a 32-6 halftime lead.

After winning his bet,  he took to Twitter to thank the reigning Heisman trophy winner, Johnny Manziel for his three first-half touchdowns.

"Congratulations @JManziel2 for putting on a fantastic show. He may not be able to make money off himself but I can," he tweeted.

Meanwhile, following a controversial decision by experienced Las Vegas judge CJ Ross who called Mayweather's fight against Canelo a draw, she has decided to take an absence of leave.

"I will be taking some time off from boxing but will keep in touch," Ross said in her email.
