Creepy, crawly creatures make an appearance on Project Runway All Stars' Halloween episode Thursday.

The designers take a visit to the insect exhibit at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City for their Avant garde challenge inspired by insects, and the task 'bugs out' one designer.

Two guest judges will be joining Isaac Mizrahi, Georgina Chapman and Alyssa Milano on Thursday: Jennifer Meyer, American jewelry designer, and winner of Project Runway's ninth season Anya Ayoung-Chee.

Designer Elena Slivnyak previously told Enstars the Avant garde challenge was her favorite from season 3, but in a promotional video for episode 2 she is seen freaking out in the museum and work room.

The judges are more than harsh in their criticisms and Milano tells one designer "I would never wear it, except maybe the hood in the bedroom," while Mizrahi calls one garment "a slap in the face." Mentor Zanna Roberts Rassi is not any kinder, telling one designer an outfit is "elimination worthy."
