Happy Birthday, Jack Skellington! Tim Burton's cult classic 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' turns 28 today, so now might be a great time to mention that this isn't just a Christmas movie or a Halloween movie: It's also a great way to explain what cultural appropriation is, and why it's bad.
While the stars of 'Batman v. Superman' are busy doing ice bucket challenges and showing off their green socks, it seems like the transportation of one of its stars has made its way online and it looks very similar to the vehicle used in a previous movie.
James Bobin is apparently in early talks to direct Alice in Wonderland 2 for Disney and producer Joe Roth, and Johnny Depp would return to star as the Mad Hatter, reported MSN.
Bobin already oversees The Muppets franchise for Disney and directed the first Muppets film, which was a big hit in 2011. He is currently finishing filming the second one, The Muppets...Again!, which will open in theaters in 2014.
