Angelina Jolie may be ready to move on from her marriage to Brad Pitt.

Over a year after filing for divorce from her husband of just two years, the 42-year-old actress is allegedly doing well and as her kids adjust to their new life in a split family, a source claims she might have a new boyfriend sooner rather than later.

“Angelina is finally getting back into her groove after all the drama and upset of the past year,” a source close to Jolie told Hollywood Life on October 2. “The children are settled into the new home and routine — they’re thriving, and that’s been Angelina’s whole focus since the split from Brad. She’s begun acting again, on Maleficent 2, and she’s started really looking forward to the future once again.”

“Angelina is even getting to the point where she thinks she may be ready to start dating, although she’s being very passive about it and not actively looking for someone,” the source continued. “For Angelina, the children come first, and anyone she dates will have to meet the approval of all six kids, and that’s no mean feat!”

Jolie and Pitt share six children, including 16-year-old Maddox, 13-year-old Pax, 12-year-old Zahara, 11-year-old Shiloh, and nine-year-old twins, Vivienne and Knox.

“Angelina would like to believe that she will fall in love again one day, and meet her soul mate to grow old with,” the source revealed.

Jolie and Pitt reportedly began dating in 2004 but didn't go public with their romance until one year later -- after Pitt's then-wife, Jennifer Aniston, filed for divorce.
