Kailyn Lowry received a letter of cease and desist from Jenelle Evans on Monday, Nov. 27, and quickly took to Twitter to address the issue.

Weeks after noting that Evans' allegedly bad parenting was not something to poke fun at, the reality star and mother of three confirmed she received a legal letter from Evans that requested Lowry not speak of her publicly.

"How does one get a cease and desist from someone they don’t care to talk about... and if I did, it’s my opinion," Lowry tweeted on Nov. 27.

While Lowry doesn't appear to have any contact with Evans at this point in time, she slammed MTV for sharing a shocking clip of 3-year-old Kaiser begging for food from Evans and Eason and ultimately, the network deleted the post. In the clip, Kaiser yelled, "Feed me," as Evans and Eason participated in a backyard photo shoot.

The child was also seen being dragged across the yard by Eason after he caught the boy touching one of the nearby cameras.

Although Lowry says that she doesn't care to talk about Evans, Evans' reason behind her letter may have been prompted by a desire for more cash, not her efforts to avoid a cast feud.

"This may sound stupid but what if she does a cease and desist on [the] other [Teen Mom cast members] so that she’s the only one who can profit?" one person asked.

"For example, XYZ publication needs to market [Teen Mom] stories to [Teen Mom] followers but [Jenelle] is the only one that can so she gets more money does that make sense? So it’s like a way to increase how much she makes without actually having to do anything but file a $15 cease-and-desist letter," the user added.

In addition to her ongoing feud with Evans, Lowry is currently in the midst of a battle with her other Teen Mom 2 co-star, Briana DeJesus, who began dating her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, several months ago. While Marroquin and DeJesus have only been together for weeks, their relationship seems quite serious and marriage rumors are already swirling.

To see more of Kailyn Lowry, Briana DeJesus, and their co-stars, including Leah Messer, Chelsea Houska, and Jenelle Evans, don't miss the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2, which is expected to air on MTV sometime next year.
