Hilaria Baldwin is showing off her impressive weight loss following the birth of her son. The yogi and fitness fanatic shared her progress on Instagram.

An Impressive Turnaround

The new mom stayed active throughout her pregnancy, giving birth to her fourth child with husband Alec Baldwin on May 17.

The fitness and wellness guru gave fans their first look at little Romeo via a sweet shot of the happy parents cuddling him in the hospital.

Thursday found her taking to Instagram to show off her post-baby body less than two weeks later.

In the sexy shot, 34-year-old Hilaria wears lacy black lingerie. She shared the photo along with a side-by-side pic of her nine months pregnant.

"9 months to 12 days postpartum ... Every body is different, but I believe in staying as active as possible," wrote the proud mom.

Staying Active Throughout

Although the workout fanatic noted that there were several times throughout her pregnancy that she didn't feel like hitting the gym, she acknowledged it was all worth it in the end.

"Consistency helped me so much though...because the body wants attention and wants to be moved. So important for your circulation, your health, your happiness, and for your strength," she advised.

Baldwin is no stranger to documenting her impressive post-pregnancy weight loss. On Wednesday, she confirmed she was back at it, but taking things slow and steady.

She advised fellow moms to be patient with their bodies, because pregnancy is so special and important, and should still be the focus even when trying to get back into shape.

The Baldwins are also parents to Carmen, 4, Rafael, 2, and Leonardo, 1. Hilario reckons that Romeo's was the biggest bump out of all four pregnancies.

Finding Her Inner Strength

Their latest addition is the first baby the couple hadn't planned to have, as they told ET before he was born. They hadn't even picked out a name.

"This is the first one that we really don't know going into it, and we're going to see what he looks like and take a good look," explained the then-expectant mother of choosing the name that would become Romeo.

Hilaria told HOLA! USA that she was afraid to work out too heavily while pregnant with Carmen, because she didn't know how her body was going to react.

The yogi and wellness guru quickly realized, though, that her body was stronger and more capable of bouncing back than she'd ever known.

She took the opportunity to preach a message of acceptance and working hard to clients and followers alike -- particularly new moms.
