Lindsay Lohan seems to be making healthy changes to her lifestyle while in rehab. For one, she will be removing her toxic friends from her life.

Inspired by a therapy session about "toxic friends and influences," Lohan separated 100 of her friends into two lists. Sources close to the actress told TMZ one list is friends she'll keep and the other is friends she'll cut.

"80 people were on the 'cut' list," the source said; meaning only 20 are friends she'll keep.

The 27-year-old actress is reportedly leaving the Cliffside Malibu facility on Wednesday, July 31, ending her 90- day court ordered rehab. Since the world premiere of The Canyons is Monday at Lincoln Center in NY., the actress will be missing out, according to Page Six.

Oprah Winfrey Lands First Post-Rehab Interview With Lindsay Lohan, Gives LiLo Reality Show [VIDEO]

After leaving the substance abuse treatment program, Lohan reportedly will be joining a friend in Europe. TMZ learned a friend bought her a "one-way ticket" as a gift for a "job well done." No details were given as to where in Europe they'll be vacationing in or when the trip ends.

However, a stop in Italy might be a possibility since The Canyons, in which Lohan stars alongside James Deen, will premiere at the 70th Venice Film Festival the end of August.

At least Lohan will be getting a little privacy before filming a documentary reality series for the Oprah Winfrey Network.

"OWN will air an exclusive interview with Oprah and Lindsay Lohan that will tape and air in August and an eight-part documentary series with Lindsay for 2014," confirmed a spokeswoman from OWN.

Lohan's first interview post-rehab will air on Winfrey's talk show Oprah's New Chapter on Sunday, Aug. 18 at 9 p.m.
