Kim Kardashian Mom Put Her on Birth Control at 14; Says Kris Humphries Marriage Was Not a Hoax
Kim Kardashian told Oprah Winfrey that her mother Kris Jenner put her on birth control at the age of 14. Kim told Oprah in an interview on "Oprah's Next Chapter" that her mother agreed to put her on birth control when she was almost fifteen after she told her that she wanted to lose her virginity to her boyfriend she's been dating for two years.
The 31-year-old told Oprah: "When I did want to have sex the first time I was almost 15...I was like, 'I think I'm going to, or I want to,' and she was like, 'OK, so this is what we're gonna do, we're gonna put you on birth control,' and she was like, really open and honest with me.'"
Kim also told Oprah about her sex tape with Ray J that was leaked to the public five years ago. Kim admitted that the sex tape brought her into the spotlight. "You know, I think that's how I was definitely introduced to the world. It was a negative way, so I felt like I really had to work ten times harder to get people to see the real me."
She also told the show host that her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries was not a hoax. "When we moved in together, I saw how our relationship was. I don't want to get into the small things.. but once we moved in, I knew he was not the one." She also added:
"He's a good person. I will always have a place in my heart for him. It just wasn't for me."
The reality star is currently dating rapper Kanye West.
