Brad Pitt might break millions of hearts once again as the actor may not be the world's most eligible bachelor anymore.

Off The Market

Pitt is spending time with Neri Oxman, an acclaimed architect, award-winning artist, and MIT professor of media arts and sciences, according to recent reports.

The actor, widely considered one of the sexiest men alive, is a self-confessed architecture and design aficionado, so the pairing isn't quite as strange as it first appears.

Pitt reportedly met Oxman via an MIT architecture project, with the two becoming fast friends. The collaboration was set up through a referral.

The pair immediately hit it off, sources claim.

"Brad and Neri instantly hit it off because they share the same passion for architecture, design and art. This is best described as a professional friendship," revealed the source.

Although ladies all over the world will likely be preparing tissues as a result of Pitt having a new woman in his life, the source advised that the pairing hasn't turned romantic just yet.

"Their friendship has not turned into romance ... as both are cautious ... but Brad is very interested in spending more time with Neri, she is fascinating," the source claimed.

Shared Tortured Pasts

Their cautiousness makes sense as both Pitt and Oxman have struggled romantically in the past. Oxman was previously married to Argentinian composer Osvaldo Golijov, who reportedly had a significant influence on her work.

Likewise, Pitt is currently finalizing his divorce from Angelina Jolie. The two were married for 12 years and share six children.

Pitt and Oxman may be a good match. Pitt previously toyed with the idea of becoming an architect, after founding the Make It Right foundation, which builds affordable and environmentally-friendly homes for people in need in New Orleans.

The actor has also been working on furniture design and sculpture with Frank Pollaro. He revealed last year that sculptor Thomas Houseago was mentoring him.

Moving On

Oxman was most recently linked to billionaire activist investor Bill Ackman. The two have reportedly been seeing each other for almost a year. Ackman recently divorced his wife after 25 years of marriage.

A source revealed late last year that Pitt was casually dating, and trying to stay under the radar for the moment.

Pitt is concentrating on work as he is set to star in Quentin Tarantino's upcoming movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which focuses on the infamous Manson Family murders. Margot Robbie is slated to take over the role of slain actress Sharon Tate.
