LuAnn De Lesseps was arrested over the weekend after allegedly kicking a police officer and threatening the lives of others. However, just one day later, the Real Housewives of New York City star was smiling with friends as if the ordeal never actually happened.

According to a new report, De Lesseps spent the Christmas with family and friends in Southern Florida and posed for a photo with her brother, Michael Nadeau, and other members of their family.

Radar Online shared the photo with readers on Dec. 26, revealing that the image was shared by a woman named Nicole as they enjoyed a meal with the Atlantic Ocean in background. In the photo, De Lesseps was seen wearing a low-cut striped dress.

The outlet also noted that De Lesseps and her family were celebrating the holidays in Jupiter, which is just a short drive north from where the longtime reality star was arrested.

According to a previous report shared by Radar Online, the Real Housewives of New York City star was arrested and taken into custody at 1:25 in the morning after she allegedly threatened to kill numerous people and reportedly became violent with one of the arresting officers. De Lesseps was ultimately charged, including disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence, and crimes against a person, four of which are felonies.

Following her arrest, De Lesseps took to Twitter to explain herself and told her fans and followers that she had been negatively impacted by her divorce in the moments leading up to the incident.

"I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior," she tweeted. "This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being there brought up long-buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018."

De Lesseps and her former husband, Tom D'Agostino Jr., tied the knot at the end of last year in Palm Beach, Florida, and announced their marriage had come to an end a short time later. As fans of De Lesseps will recall, D'Agostino was accused of cheating on the reality star for months leading up to their split.

To see more of De Lesseps and her co-stars, including Tinsley Mortimer, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, Bethenny Frankel, Dorinda Medley, and Carole Radziwill, don't miss new episodes of The Real Housewives of New York City when the show returns to Bravo TV next year.
